Brand Strategy Compendiums
The Brand Strategy Compendiums were conceived as a cornerstone document to align Threshold Enterprises’ house brands (Source Naturals® and Planetary Herbals®) under a single, forward-looking vision. As Creative Director, I led the research, authorship, and creative development of these blueprints, combining strategic foresight with practical frameworks for execution.
The project synthesized decades of brand equity into a modern narrative built on three pillars: purpose, architecture, and innovation. It established clear market positioning for each brand, mapped competitive whitespace, and outlined a long-term creative system spanning packaging, digital, retail, and product development. Designed as both a leadership guide and operational playbook, these compendiums unified internal teams around a shared identity and mission, transforming scattered initiatives into a cohesive roadmap for sustained growth.
By merging storytelling, analytics, and design systems, the Brand Strategy Compendiums became more than presentations, they became a living framework for strategic and creative decision-making that continues to guide how the company communicates, innovates, and grows.
