Point of Sale Evolution

I created a new counter display box for Source Naturals®’ single-serving sachets, converting what were previously free giveaways with no measurable ROI into a sellable, revenue-generating product. This approach established a dual-channel model, maintaining free samples for awareness while adding a low-cost, retail-ready format that encouraged impulse purchases. With a 30-count configuration, the displays provided a new point of entry into channels such as convenience stores, hotels, campus shops, small gyms, wellness centers, and larger retail chains with travel or checkout sections. Sales reps were provided with AR visualization tools to help retailers see how displays would look in-store. The Wellness Formula counter display will be on track to be the #1 highest selling SKU of the entire portfolio by EOY 2026.

In addition, I designed a modular floor display system that improved both cost efficiency and operational flexibility. The new design ships flat, with modular components that adapt to multiple product sizes, eliminating the waste and complexity of pre-packed displays. This change allowed the logistics team to stock the latest products and gave retailers the freedom to participate in promotions or fill displays with their preferred SKUs. Each floor display includes a hidden QR code linking to an instructional video for fast, error-free assembly, and (like the counter displays) sales reps were provided with AR visualization tools to increase interest.

The redesign proved significantly more efficient, reducing material, freight, and labor costs by over $10,000 per 1,000 displays produced. Together, these innovations streamlined fulfillment, expanded retail opportunities, and established a more profitable, flexible, and modern approach to Source Naturals’ point-of-sale strategy.
