D2C Website Revamp
The Source Naturals® D2C relaunch was a comprehensive transformation designed to modernize one of the most trusted names in wellness for a new generation of consumers. As Creative Director, I unified brand storytelling, design systems, and digital infrastructure into a cohesive ecosystem built on insight and performance. The project began with a full audit of the brand’s online presence and user journey, identifying friction points that limited engagement and conversion. We redesigned the Shopify storefront with an elevated, science-forward aesthetic, and simplified navigation to enhance credibility and ease of use.
Simultaneously, I directed the development of a new content and campaign framework, integrating storytelling, video, and email automation to drive retention and lifetime value. Data and UX insights informed every creative and operational decision, resulting in sustained 4% month-over-month growth with virtually no paid advertising. The relaunch didn’t just update a website; it redefined how Source Naturals competes and connects in the modern D2C landscape, merging legacy credibility with the agility of a digital-first brand.
